About WOE
A Ministry for Women, Led by Women of Faith.
Women of Excellence (WOE) is the women's ministry arm of the Alfred Rawls Evangelical Association. Founded and directed by Dr. Yolonda Rawls, DNP, WOE creates spaces where women are seen, strengthened, and sent — into their homes, communities, and callings. Through conferences, retreats, prayer gatherings, health and wellness education, and discipleship, WOE walks alongside women at every stage of life.

Dr. Yolonda Rawls, DNP
Director, Women of Excellence
Dr. Yolonda Rawls is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a woman of deep faith, and the wife of Apostle A.S. Rawls. Married for over 23 years, she has stood alongside the ministry from its earliest days — serving, praying, and pouring into the lives of women around her. Her unique background in healthcare and her passion for Scripture give WOE a distinctive voice: one that speaks to the whole woman — her spirit, her health, her relationships, and her calling. Dr. Rawls leads WOE with warmth, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to seeing women walk in the fullness of who God created them to be.
